So, the product of numbers is $a\times b$

Product of number is given $=-\frac{28}{81}$

One number is $\frac{14}{27}$

say $a=\frac{14}{27}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{14}{27}\times b=-\frac{28}{81}$

$\Rightarrow b=-\frac{28}{81}\times \frac{27}{14}$

$\Rightarrow b=-\frac{2}{3}$
