The elemental classification in the periodic table long form is electronic configuration.

Step-2:

Atomic size: From the given element C to A, atomic size decreases. So, it belongs to same period.

Melting point: From the given element C to A, the melting point decreases and belongs to same period.

Valency:

The electrons count in the outermost shell is valency.

Since the elements belongs to same period, the valency differs.

Final answer

Therefore, the valency of all the elements will be different.
