3+5 and 35 are roots of the required equation.

Let α=3+5 and β=35

α+β=3+5+35=6 ------ ( 1 )

αβ=(3+5)(35)=935+355=4 ---- ( 2 )

Required equation,

Using ( 1 ) and ( 2 ),
