Quarterly means = 3 months

Using unitary method in which first we find the value of one unit and then the value of the required number of units.
$\because$ The fee for 3 months = Rs. 540 [Given]
$\therefore$ The fee for 1 month = Rs. $\frac{540}{3}$
$\therefore$ The fee for 7 months = Rs. $\frac{540}{3}\times 7$ = Rs. $1260$
Hence, fee for seven months is Rs. 1260
