Watt less current $i_w=\sqrt{3}A$

Now, the watt full current

$i_f=\sqrt{{\left(1\right)}^2-{\left(\sqrt{3}\right)}^2}$

$i_f=\sqrt{2}$

Now, the power factor is

$P=\frac{i_f}{i_{rms}}$

$P=\frac{\sqrt{2}}{1}$

$P=\sqrt{2}$

Hence, the power factor is $\sqrt{2}$
