Given system is a spherical capacitor

So, capacitance of system C=K×4πϵ[r1r2r2r1]=69×109[9×101]×102=6×1010F

Now, potential of inner sphere will be equal to potential difference of the capacitor. So V=qC=18×1096×1010=30V
