Given $R_{1} = 19 c m$ $R_{2} = 9 c m$
Circumference $= C_{1} = 2 π R_{1}$ $C_{2} = 2 π R_{2}$

$C = C_{1} + C_{2}$

$⟹ 2 π R = 2 π R_{1} + 2 π R_{2}$

$⟹ R = R_{1} + R_{2}$

$⟹ R = 19 + 9$

$⟹ R = 28 c m$
