Given equation of circle is 3x2+3y2+λxy+9x+(λ6)+3=0

This equation ax2+by2+2hxy+2gx+2fy+c=0 represents circle if a=bandh=0

Coefficient of xy=0

λ=0

Therefore, the equation of circle will be-

3x2+3y2+9x6y+3=0

x2+y2+3x2y+1=0

Therefore,

Radius of circle =(32)2+(1)21

=94+11=32
