Solution

The correct option is D 251.2cc
Let r be the radius of the sphere.

r=10

Error in the measurement of radius =Δr

Δr=0.02m

Volume of the sphere (V)=43πr3

We need to find error in calculating the volume that is ΔV

ΔV=dvdr×Δr

=d(43πr3)dr×Δr

=43πd(r3)dr×Δr

=43π(3r2)×(0.0.2)

=4πr2×0.02

=4×3.14×(10)3×0.02

=251.2cm3 i.e. 251.2cc
