The correct option is A 1cm

Volume of water in the roof will be equal to the volume of water in the cylindrical vessel.

Volume of a cylinder =πR2h
Radius of the cylindrical vessel =Diameter2=1m

Volume of a cuboid =l×b×h

Hence, 44×20×h=227×12×2.8
h=0.01m=1cm
