1. The rate of evaporation is directly proportional to the rate of temperature. So, if the temperature of the liquid falls, then the rate of evaporation decreases 2. Evaporation is a surface phenomenon i.e. more the surface area more the rate of evaporation 3. Humidity is inversely proportion to the rate of evaporation i.e, as humidity increases the rate of evaporation decreases.

The rate of evaporation will increase when the air is blown on the surface of the liquid as the air will blow away all the molecules which were trying to escape, easily. Hence, the rate of evaporation will increase.
