Solution :-

Total surface area ( TSA) $=2\pi r(r+h)$

Curved surface area (CSA) $=2\pi rh$

$\frac{CSA}{TSA}=\frac{2\pi rh}{2\pi r(r+h)}$ .

Now, we are given ratio $1:2$, so we get

$\frac{1}{2}=\frac{h}{(r+h)}$

$2h=r+h$

$h=r$

$\therefore h:r=1:1$ .
