Let length and breadth of the rectangle are $L$ and $B$ respectively.
Perimeter $=150$ m
So, Area $=L\times B$
Given, $\frac{Area}{Length}=\frac{1}{30}$
$\frac{L}{LB}=\frac{1}{30}$
$\therefore B=30$

Perimeter $=2(L+B)$
$150=2(L+B)$
$(L+B)=75$
$L+30=150$
$\therefore L=45$ m
Length $=45$ m.
