Let length be $l$, breadth be $b$ and perimeter $=2(l+b)$

According to first given condition:

$\frac{l}{2(l+b)}=\frac{1}{3}$

$\Rightarrow 3l=2(l+b)$ .......(1)

According to second given condition:

$\frac{b}{2(l+b)}=\frac{1}{6}$

$\Rightarrow 6b=2(l+b)$ .........(2)

Divide (2) by (1). we get,

$\frac{6b}{3l}=1$

$\Rightarrow 2b=l$

Area of plot $=l\times b$

Ratio of length to area $=\frac{2b}{l\times b}=\frac{2}{l}$

As neither length or breadth is given so ratio cant be determined.

Option D is correct.
