3317x = 2852x + 9300

465x = 9300

x = 20 .

So , the number of women in society after added

$=20\times 23+75$

= 535 .

So , the number of men in society after added

$=31\times 20$

= 620 .

Number of more women is = 620 - 535 = 85 .
