The correct option is C $15$ minutes
Ratio of time taken $= \frac{1}{2} : \frac{1}{3} = 3 : 2$
Suppose $B$ takes $x$ min
Then $A$ takes $(x + 10)$ min
Thus $2 (x + 10) = 3 x$
$\Rightarrow x = 20$
Thus, $A$ takes $30$ min.
So with double speed it will take $15$ min.
