The correct option is A $2 : 3$ externally
Let it divide in $k : 1$ ratio
Then $0 = \frac{6 k + 4}{k + 1} \Rightarrow 6 k = - 4 \Rightarrow k = - \frac{2}{3}$
Hence ratio is $- 2 : 3$
