Solution

The correct option is A 11:15
Let the salary of B be x .
So Salary of A is Ax=45
Solving,Salary of A=4x5
Now, if salary of A is increased by 10%, the new salary of A is 4x5+4x5×10%
=0.8x+0.8x×10100
=0.8x+0.8x×0.1
=0.8x+0.08x=0.88x
New Salary of B=x+x×20%
=x+x×20100
=x+x5=5x+x5=6x5=1.2x
Hence the ratio of their new salaries are
AB=0.88x1.2x=0.881.2=0.88×1001.2×100=88120=2230=1115
Hence the ratio is 11:15
