Solution

The correct option is A 35
Given: Ratio of boys to girls =3:4

Number of boys in the class =15

The ratio table is
Boys 3
Girls 4

Since the ratio is 3:4, the boys' row will increase by 3 and girls' row will increase by 4 subsequently.
Boys 3 6 9 12 15
Girls 4 8 12 16 20

From the ratio table, we can observe that for 15 boys, there are 20 girls in the class.

So, the answer is 20.

Really?

No!

The question said, find the TOTAL number of students.

Total students = Boys + Girls

=15+20=35 students
