The correct option is C (a) and (b) above.
As we know, the relation between magnetic field(B) and intensity of magnetic field(H) is given by,

B=μH

In vaccum, B0=μ0H0 .....(1)

Also, E0B0=c

For vacuum, we can rewrite this equation as,

B0=μ0H0 .......(i)

Relation between magnetic field and electric field for vacuum is given as,

B0=μ0ε0 cE0.......(ii)

From equations (i) and (ii)

μ0H0=μ0 ε0 cE0

E0H0=1ε0c

And dimension of above equation, [E0H0] is Ohm.
