The correct option is (b): $25 %$
Given, ratio of income to savings $= 4 : 1$
Let income $= 4 x$ and savings $= x .$
$∴$ Percentage of money saved by her $= \frac{S a v i n g s}{(I n c o m e)} \times 100 %$ [We find percentage of saving on the basis of income ]
$= \frac{x}{4 x} \times 100 = \frac{x}{4 x} \times 100 = \frac{1}{4} \times 100 % = 25 %$
