Let x litres of first mixture is taken
Quantity of milk =3x8 l
Quantity of water =5x8 l
Let y litres of second mixture is taken
Quantity of milk =6y7 l
Quantity of water =y7 l
After mixing both of the mixture,
quantity of milk= (3x8+6y7) l
Quantity of water = (5x8+y7) I

According to question,
milkwater=73

3x8+6y75x8+y7=73

9x8+18y7=35x8+7y7
11y7=26x8
xy=11×826×7=88182=4491
Hence, correct answer is (B).
