Curved surface are of cone = πrL

Given ratio of radius = 2:3

So r1 = 2x, r2 = 3x

Slant height ratio = 9:4

So L1 = 9y , L2 = 4y

Curved suface area of cone 1 = πr1L1
CS1 = 18πxy

Curved surface of cone 2 = πr2L2
CS2 = 12πxy

CS1:CS2 = 18 : 12 = 3:2

Answer : 3:2
