We know that, $K E \propto \frac{Z^{2}}{n^{2}}$
$\frac{K E_{H}}{K E_{H e}} = (\frac{\frac{Z_{H}}{2}}{\frac{Z_{H e}}{2}})^{2} = \frac{1}{4}$
