$\therefore 20=2(3x+2x)$

$\Rightarrow 20=2\times 5x$

$\Rightarrow 20=10x$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{20}{10}$

$\therefore x=2$

length $=3x=3\times 2=6cm$

breadth $=2x=2\times 2=4cm$

Area $=$ length$\times$breadth $=6cm\times 4cm$

Area $=24c{m}^2$
