The mechanical advantage of a wheel and axle $= \frac{R a d i u s o f w h e e l}{R a d i u s o f t h e a x l e}$
$M A_{A} = \frac{R_{1}}{r_{1}}$ and $M A_{B} = \frac{R_{2}}{r_{2}}$
Given $r_{1} : r_{2} = 5 : 4$
$R_{1} : R_{2} = 3 : 7$
$\frac{M A_{A}}{M A_{B}} = \frac{R_{1}}{r_{1}} \times \frac{r_{2}}{R_{2}}$
