If the two sides have a ratio of 3:4 that means their sides can be represented as 3x and 4x.
Perimeter of parallelogram =2(3x)+2(4x)
112=6x+8x
112=14x
x=8cm
The length of the sides are,
3x=3×8cm=24cm
4x=4×8cm=32cm
The length of the smallest sides of the parallelogram is 24cm
