For maximum rise in temperature, complete neutralization of acid and bases takes place

so, N1V1=N2V2

or, n1M1V1=n2M2V2

let volume of KOH =x ml,

Therefore, volume of H2SO4=100x ml
we get,

1×1×x=2×0.5×(100x)

x=100x

x=50

volume of KOH =50 ml

volume of H2SO4=50 ml

Ratio of volumes =50:50
