Let $x = 10.11$
$\Rightarrow 100 x = 10.11 \times 100$ [multiplying both sides by 100]
$\Rightarrow 100 x = 1011$
$\Rightarrow \frac{100 x}{100} = \frac{1011}{100}$ [dividing both sides by 100]
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{1011}{100}$
Hence, the rational number 10.11 in the form $\frac{p}{q}$ is $\frac{1011}{100}$
