For maximum velocity, weight of the car balances the cetrifugal force acting on it.

W = F

mg = m(vmax)2 / r

vmax = √(rg)

vmax = √(16.2×9.8)

vmax = √(158.76)

vmax = 12.6 m/s

Maximum velocity without going off track is 12.6 m/s
