The correct option is C connect 599 Ω in parallel
To convert galvanometer into ammeter, resistance is connected in parallel with the galvanometer as shown below.


Given:
G=5 Ω, I=1.5 A, Ig=0.015 A

Since both are in parallel, potential across both will be equal.

Ig×G=(IIg)×r (V=IR)

0.015×5=(1.50.015)×r

r=0.0505 Ω599 Ω

Therefore, option (C) is correct.
