The correct option is C (35)
To convert an irrational number to a rational number, we must rationalise it.
To rationalise (a+b), we must multiply it with (ab).
Similarly, to rationalise (3+5), we must multiply it with (35).
So, (3+5)×(35)=3252
=95=4
which is a rational number.
