B)Animals have more number of mitochondria

In animal cells more mitochondria is present in muscle cells and cardiac muscl

This doesn't mean that muscle cells have more mitochondria

This just means that muscle cells have more mitochondria in comparison with the other cells of animal body

And also animal cells have more mitochondria incomparison with the plant cells

So we can't completely accept this statement to be a pure , completely correct statement

Statement B - Wrong

C)This is a correct statement as vacuoles are more in plants

Statement C - Right

Therefore statement C is true
