Let α,β be the roots of x2+Ax+B=0.
So, α+β=A=9αβ=B=20

Let γ,δ be the roots of x2+Cx+D=0.
So, γ+δ=C=11γδ=D=18

x2+Ax+D=0x29x+18=0x26x3x+18=0x(x6)3(x6)=0(x3)(x6)=0x=3,6
Hence option B.
