Let their savings be $Rs.7x,Rs.6x$ and $Rs.9x$ respectively.

$A+B+C=333$ ...(1)

According to the question,

$\frac{20A}{100}=7x\Rightarrow A=7x\times \frac{100}{20}\Rightarrow A=35x$

$\frac{15B}{100}=6x\Rightarrow B=6x\times \frac{100}{15}\Rightarrow B=40x$

$\frac{25C}{100}=9x\Rightarrow C=9x\times \frac{100}{25}\Rightarrow C=36x$

$35x+40x+36x=333$

$\Rightarrow 111x=333$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{333}{111}$
