$20\%=\frac{1}{5}$ so if Ricky's salary is divided into 5 parts Sachin's salary will one more part added to Rickey's salary i.e. Therefore if Ricky's salary is 5 parts Sachin's salary is 6 parts Now if Sachin's salary is 6 parts Ricky's salary is one part less Therefore for Sachin, Ricky's salary is $\frac{1^{th}}{6}$ less or 16.66% less
