NaOH is a strong base and acetic acid is a weak acid. Their salt will be basic in nature. Sample A which is a strong acid will take the salt towards acidic nature decreasing the pH and hence increases the pOH.
Whereas sample B which is a strong base will take the sample towards basic nature and the pH of the sample B increases resulting in the decrease of pOH.
