$R_1=15\times {10}^{6}ohms$

$R_1=3\times {10}^{6}ohms$

$V=15v$

$\left|1\right|=\frac{V}{R_1},\left|2\right|=\frac{V}{R_2}$

$\left|1\right|=\frac{15}{15}\times {10}^{6}ohms=1\mu A$

$\left|2\right|=\frac{15}{3}\times {10}^{6}ohms=5\mu A$

Therefore ratio is $1:5$
