To find the area of the given figure, it may be considered as the sum of the area of a rectangle(C) and $2$ semicircles(A$+$B).

Radius of circle is$r=\frac{\text{Diameter}}{2}$
$\Rightarrow r=\frac{7}{2}$
$\therefore r=3.5$ m

Length of rectangle$=20-(3.5+3.5)=20-7=13$m

Width of rectangle$=7$m

Area of rectangle$=\text{lenght}\times \text{width}$
$=13\times 7=91$sq.cm

Area of semicircle $A=\frac{1}{2}(\frac{22}{7}\times r\times r)$
$A=\frac{1}{2}(\frac{22}{7}\times 3.5\times 3.5)$

Area of semicircle $B=\frac{1}{2}(\frac{22}{7}\times 3.5\times 3.5)$

Area of $A$ and $B=\frac{1}{2}(\frac{22}{7}\times 3.5\times 3.5)+\frac{1}{2}(\frac{22}{7}\times 3.5\times 3.5)$

$=2\times \frac{1}{2}(\frac{22}{7}\times 3.5\times 3.5)$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times 3.5\times 3.5=38.5$sq.m

Total area$=$Area of $A+B+C$

$=91+38.5$sq.m

$=129.5$sq.m
