The correct option is C triagonal planar
When one s and two p orbitals hybridise, three sp2 hybrid orbitals are formed. These hybrid orbitals will be at maximum possible distance from each other, to minimise  electronic repulsion. This is possible when they are at an angle of 120o from each other. 

Hence, the three sp2 hybrid orbitals align themselves at angle of  120o resulting in a triagonal planar structure.
