Solution

The correct option is A V shape
If there are four electron pairs around the central atom, the molecule should have a tetrahedral structure.
For a given molecule, there are two lone pairs and two bond pairs around the nucleus of an atom in its valence shell. Due to the stronger lone pair- lone pair repulsions, the bond angle decreases to 104o31 from expected 109o28. So, shape of such molecule is called V shape.
For example: In a water molecule the oxygen atom (central atom) has two bond pairs (two covalent bonds with two hydrogen atoms) and two unused electron pairs in it's valence shell (lone pairs). So, the shape of the molecule is V shape.
