F=ηAdvdz ...(i)
where F=viscous force,
A= area on which viscous force is acting tangentially
dvdz= velocity gradient
η= coeffcient of viscosity.

From Eq.(i),
η=FAdvdz
where FA is the shear stress.
Given, FA=0.03 N/m2
& dvdz=0.15 s1
η=0.030.15 N.s/m2=0.2 Ns/m2
η=2 Poise
[since 1 Poise =0.1 N.s/m2]
