Short hand goes around clock 4 times in 2 days.

DIstance travelled
$=4\times \text{circumference of circle traced by short hand}$

$=4\times 2\pi \times 4$

$=100.57cm$

Long hand goes around clock 48 times in 2 days.

DIstance travelled $=48\times \text{circumference of circle traced by long hand}$

$=48\times 2\pi \times 6$

$=1810.28cm$

Total distance $=1810.28+100.57$

$=1910.85cm$
