Let the shorter side be $a$ and shorter time be $b$

So, $a=4.8cm$

So, larger side, $b$ = $1\frac{1}{2}\times 4.8=\frac{3}{2}\times 4.8=7.2cm$

Perimeter of the parallelogram

$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow 2\left(a+b\right) \\ \Rightarrow 2(7.2+4.8) \\ \Rightarrow 2\left(12\right)=24cm \end{gathered}$$
