Perimeter = 4 * side = 4 * 110 = 440 m
Cost of fencing the perimeter = 440 * 15 = ₹6600

Area = side * side = 110 * 110 = 12100 sq.m
Cost of making the lawn = 12100 * 20 = ₹242000

Total Cost = 6600 + 242000 = ₹248600
