For the circumscribed circle:

Diameter = Diagonal of the square = $10\sqrt{2}cm$

Radius = $5\sqrt{2}cm$

So, area = $\pi \times 5\sqrt{2}\times 5\sqrt{2}=157.14c{m}^2$
