The diagonal and side of the square are the diameters of circle circumscribed and inscribed respectively.

Therefore, diameter of circumscribed circle$=10\sqrt{2}cm$

Radii$=\frac{10\sqrt{2}}{2}=5\sqrt{2}cm$

Area$=\pi r^2=\pi \times {\left(5\sqrt{2}\right)}^2=50\pi cm$

And diameter of inscribed circle$=10cm$

Radius$=\frac{10}{2}=5cm$

Area$=\pi \times 5\times 5=25\pi cm$
