Given that the sides AB,BC,CA of a triangle ABC have respectively 3,4 and 5 points lying on them.

Total number of points=3+4+5

=12

Number of triangles that can be formed with these 12 points =C312

Since, we have 3 points on AB, 4 points on BC and 5 points on CA.

Therefore, number of triangles that can be formed =C312-C33+C34+C35

=12!3!9!-3!3!0!+4!3!1!+5!3!2! Crn=n!r!n-r!

=12·11·103.2-11+41+5.42

=220-1+4+10

=205

Hence, the correct option is option(A) i.e. 205
