Given, sides of a triangle ΔABC are 6 cm, 8 cm, 10 cm
Given sides are sides of right angled triangle
Hypotenuse =10 cm
Now applying pythagorous theorem

h2=B2+P2

102=62+82

100=36+64=100

Hence, proved.

Area of triangle =Δ=12×(base)(height)

Δ=12×(6 cm)(8 cm)

Δ=24 cm2
