Given that the sides of a triangle are 5x,7x,8x.

Given that perimeter of a triangle = 100cm.

5x + 7x + 8x = 100

20x = 100

x = 5

Then the sides of a triangle are:

5x = 5×5 = 25

7x = 7×5 = 35

8x = 8×5= 40
